It is our pleasure
to welcome our international partners to attend the 4th annual International Week for Non-Teaching Staff
that will take place in Tampere, Finland on 11 – 15 June 2012. This international staff training week is
intended for the non-teaching staff of our partner universities and carries the
theme “Intercultural working environment”.
Programme
of the week
As the campus climate and learning environments
are getting more and more international, becomes intercultural communication an
important part of our everyday life. We all need a better understanding of
factors affecting such situations. During the sessions the participants will
increase their knowledge and awareness of culture and its influence on
communication. Also, we all get an opportunity to share our own challenging
experiences!
The aim for the week is to tackle the theme and
to enjoy each other’s company. Part of the programme will be the same for all
