TAMK’s International Week for Engineering kicks off on Monday 21 March!

Next week is going to be quite exciting here at the TAMK, because we will be arranging the first International Week for Engineering on 21-25 March 2011 at the Kuntokatu Campus.

The International Week for Engineering offers academic, promotional, networking and informational activities for students, teachers and staff members.

During the week TAMK will welcome visiting lecturers from eight institutions of higher education from around the world. TAMK engineering students will participate in various lectures held by the visiting professors. In addition to this, there will be a guest group of engineering students from Hochschule Ostfalia, Wolfenbüttel, Germany.

For the evenings, we have arranged various activities for the student group and the lecturers.

For more information, please see the International Week for Engineering intranet page (also in English).

For TAMK students, teachers and staff members who are interested in going for an exchange, there is a terrific chance to hear more about the visiting partner universities. The partner universities will present themselves on Wednesday 23 March at 13.15-15.00 in Auditorium A3-27. For more information, please see the intranet page (also in English)

TAMK is excited to arrange this kind of an international event, and we hope you will enjoy your time here in the beautiful city of Tampere!
